Job Description
A religion worker, performing various Ushering and welfare duties such as organising and coordinating the church youths, checking on the sick and elderly when visitation is required.
Key tasks include offering administration support to the church leaders and providing spiritual, physical and Moral support to any members of the church in need.
The role can be broadly categorised into non pastoral branch of the church because the task under this role are Administrative Assistants, Clerical, welfare and missionary tasks depending on the religious institution organogram.
Requirements For The Role
• Must be a born-again Christian, believe in Jesus Christ as the only begotten son of God, the Holy Spirit and the Holy Bible as the word of God
• Active, daily, personal devotional life
• Open to the move and voice of God
• An active, Pentecostal Christian
• Ability to communicate effectively with adults (parents, team members, church leadership etc.)
• Ability to use modern and innovative ways to communicate
• Ability to lead or participate in church services
